Norterminal will be designed for efficient and safe operations according to the highest international API standards.

• Will include systems for vapor recovery to eliminate emissions / Air pollution.
• Will build and operate a wastewater handling system.
• Will require terminal staff of 60 – 110 people based on operating 24/7.
• Estimates are based  on an expected oil throughput of 10 to 21 million tons per year.
• Throughput will equate to 150 -300 ship calls per year, and will require 2 tugboats  per ship call (Tugboat company expected to establish local presence).
• Can facilitate all necessary infrastructure required for local Oil spill response:  Staff, boats, equipment, logistics management:  OSR may increase with higher activities and require new local base.
